1. After completing the form requesting a consultation, we will contact you by phone.
  2. A consultant will then visit the property at a convenient time for you in order to undertake an assessment. The assessment will take up to an hour and may include advice on the individuals circumstances that could negate the need to sell the house!.
  3. After completing the assessment, an offer will be posted to you within 24 to 48 hours depending on the details recorded.
  4. If you decide to accept the offer, we ask that you sign the option contract and return it to us.
  5. Once received, we instruct a valuer immediately who will contact you to undertake a valuation of the property within approximately 4 days.
  6. The valuation report is assessed and, providing no issues are evident, we instruct our solicitors to proceed. I f any issues arise, we will re-assess the offer and may issue a revised offer explaining the reasons.
  7. We then exchange contracts, and completion follows a few days later.

    The whole process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
