How long will it take?
We aim to achieve a completion in 2 to 4 weeks dependent on valuation.

How much will you offer me?
We do not have standard offer (unlike other companies!). The offer will be based on the assessment and work done on at our resource centre in order to give you a realistic offer of the value of the property less expenses. The offer will include a proper breakdown of how the offer is calculated and include any relevant data to support the offer.

Are there any hidden charges?
In short, No. Accepting our offer incurs no charges at all. PropertyRabbit operate an open policy and our guarantees make the whole process transparent.

Can we use our own solicitors?
Yes. We can appoint solicitors on your behalf (which we will pay for) or you may use any licensed conveyancing solicitor (we will pay up to £500 of your costs).

What types of property will you consider?
We do not exclude any property. Obviously if any property is in need of major refurbishment or repair this will be reflected in the offer made to you. We do however reserve the right not to make an offer and in these cases we will clearly explain our reasons.

Can you help with repossession proceedings?
Depending on the circumstances, we can guide you through the legal requirements and in some cases advise a course of action (after legal counsel). We offer a free guide to repossession proceedings that may help you.
